Change the theme

Flex CMMS has a light theme and a dark theme. There are two places to change it.

Use the Appearance page

Select your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then select Appearance. On a phone, open the sidebar first with the button at the top left.

You can also select Settings in the sidebar, then Appearance.
Select Light or Dark.
Select Update preferences.

The theme changes when you select Update preferences, and you’ll see an Appearance updated message.

Use the theme button

The theme button is at the top right of every page after you log in, next to the notification bell. It shows a sun or a moon.

Select the theme button.
Select Light, Dark or System.

The theme changes right away. System follows your device’s light or dark setting, and it’s what Flex CMMS uses until you choose something else.

Your theme is saved in the browser you’re using, so it won’t follow you to your phone or another computer. Set it on each one.
